Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. International shipping is coming soon.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders from Everyday elegance & Offbeat & Trending Collections are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders from the Artist Collection are made-to-order and require 7–12 business days to be handcrafted before dispatch.
    (This ensures the quality and hand-finished detail unique to the Artist range.)
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Methods & Fees

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary during peak seasons, due to weather conditions, or carrier delays.

4. Order Tracking

All orders come with tracking. You will receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or you can track your order via your Pressique account.

 

Returns Policy

1. Eligibility

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Please note: Items from the Artist Collection and final sale are not eligible for return or refund. (Due to handcrafted nature and limited availability, all Artist Collection sets and final sale are non-refundable.)

2. How to Return

Please email our customer service team at:

Include the following in your email: 

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

3. Return Shipping Costs   

  • For non-faulty items: return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
  • For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items: we will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • If you originally qualified for free shipping and return part of your order, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
